Welcome to our mini course, Mystic Hero's Journey.
This is a mini transformation for you to see what can really be possible on your journey.
Navigation of the spiritual journey can make us feel like we're all alone, like we're maybe going crazy a bit but my goal here is to help you understand it a little better, create some healing and activation so you can feel better about being on this path.

Day 1
Call to Awakening.
Self Reflection Questions:
1. What does awakening mean to me?
2. What can I do to help myself awaken to myself in a new more meaningful way?
3. How does spiritual awakening affect my life in positive ways?
4. What are some things about spiritual awakening that I perceive as negative?
5. Whare are some actionable steps I can take to help myself release the negative perceptions of spiritual awakening?

Day 2
Dark Night of the Soul
Self Reflection questions:
1. What are some things I can do to support myself on my Dark Night of the Soul?
2. Do I pay attention to how my body feels during the Dark Night of the Soul?
3. Do I give myself grace and kindness when I want to rest or take care of myself during my Dark Night of the Soul?
4. Do I give myself permission to truly feel the pain, sadness, grief, anger and other emotions that are showing up for me during this time?
5. Am I setting boundaries for myself during this time so I can reflect, learn and grow on my own?
6. Do I seek out help when it's appropriate, even if I think I "shouldn't" invest in myself?
Day 3
Quest for Answers
1. Where do I go for answers?
2. Do I trust myself to receive the answers for myself?
3. Do I go outside myself for answers more than inside?
4. Do I follow the crowd when it comes to receiving answers for myself?
5. Do I speak with Source when I am looking for answers in way such as prayer, meditation or simply asking questions?
Day 4
Healing and Integration
Self Reflection Questions:
1. What does healing mean to me?
2. How do I talk about myself to myself?
3. What are a couple limiting beliefs that I run to over and over again?
4. What is one area I could set better boundaries with myself or others?
5. What is one lesson I feel has integrated with my healing journey so far?
Day 5
Surrender
Self Reflection Questions:
1. Where do I struggle with allowing myself to surrender?
2. Do I trust myself enough to allow Source/The Universe to work through me?
3. Do I trust Source/The Universe to help me?
4. Am I willing to release the control needed to surrender?
5. Where do I try to control things I don't need to?​​​
Day 6
Deepening Awareness
Self Reflection Questions:
1. Where do I avoid going deeper into myself?
2. Where do I enjoy getting to know myself on a deeper level?
3. How do I let my past colour my self awareness or the awareness of others motivations?
4. What are ways I can be mindful of myself and situations?
5. Where did I learn self awareness from and can I use that to deepen my self awareness?

Embodiment
Self Reflection Questions:
1. What does embodiment mean for me?
2. What are steps I can take to live a more embodied life?
3. Do I feel close to the embodied version of myself?
4. Do I take embodied action in my life, or do I ignore my intuition?
5. Do I trust myself to live in a way that is connected to my heart?
